Outsourced, released in 2006, winner of multiple film awards, is a romantic comedy about the conflicting cultures and values of America and India. Todd Anderson (Josh Hamilton) is a telemarketer of kitschy, American products whose entire department is outsourced to India. His company sends him to India to train the new staff. What begins as a reluctant and weary journey to a new world ends up changing Todd in ways he could never imagine. NBC has announced a TV series based on the film to begin this fall. The film is 103 minutes in duration and rated PG-13.
